1. Eligibility Requirements
To become a certified guide, you must be at least 18 years old,
have legal authorization to work in India, and possess adequate
knowledge of the areas you wish to guide in.
2. Background Checks
All guides must pass our background verification process. We
reserve the right to reject any application that doesn't meet our
safety standards.
3. Service Standards
Guides are expected to maintain professional conduct, arrive on
time for all bookings, and provide accurate information to
travelers. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
4. Compensation
Guides receive 80% of the tour price, with 20% retained by the
platform for marketing, insurance, and administrative costs.
Payments are processed weekly via bank transfer.
5. Insurance
While we provide basic accident insurance, guides are responsible
for their own health insurance and any additional coverage they
may require.
6. Content Rights
By submitting photos or content to your profile, you grant us
permission to use them for marketing purposes while maintaining
your attribution.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We
reserve the right to immediately remove guides who violate our
terms or receive consistent poor ratings.
